Hourly Cleaning
Custom cleaning at your pace, for your space.
Service Description
Our Hourly Cleaning Service lets you choose which areas of your home need the most attention. At $60 per hour with a three-hour minimum ($180), one cleaning technician focuses on your priorities, such as kitchens, bathrooms, high-traffic rooms, and floors. We'll work through the agreed tasks during your scheduled time. This is a flexible, time-based service, so the amount we can complete depends on the home's condition and your priorities. Additional time is subject to availability and approval before it is charged.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning price. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance have no late-cancellation fee. Contact us directly for last-minute changes. LOCKOUTS & HOMES UNPREPARED FOR SERVICE: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled cleaning price applies when our team arrives but cannot perform the scheduled cleaning because access is unavailable, the team is turned away, essential running water or electricity is unavailable, or undisclosed unsafe/obstructed conditions prevent the agreed service. Our technicians have reserved time and traveled to your home. Please make arrangements for entry, working utilities and a reasonably accessible, safe workspace. First-time appointments require a 50% deposit toward the cleaning price. Any deposit already collected is credited toward applicable charges. Payment for completed services is due on the service date; late fees apply under the agreed invoice terms. Please disclose unusually heavy conditions in advance because a revised quote may be needed. For safety, we cannot service active pest infestations, feces or biohazards. Please secure pets and let us know about hazards before the visit.
