Our Hourly Cleaning Service is designed for flexibility—perfect for homeowners who want control over their cleaning priorities. With a 3-hour minimum, this option allows you to choose exactly where our time is best spent, whether it’s refreshing high-traffic rooms, focusing on kitchens and bathrooms, or tackling specific problem areas. We work efficiently within your chosen timeframe, following your instructions and prioritizing the areas that matter most to you. From quick resets to targeted cleaning, this service adapts to your unique needs and budget. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be 72 hours before clean, 48 hours or less are to pay 25% of total clean, 24 hours or less are to pay 50% of the total clean cost. We charge a $100 lock out fee, if not able to enter the property at time of services. We require running water and electric, a $100 fee per tech will be charged if we can not provide services due to this. All payments are due the day of services, or you will be charged a 10% late fee. We will not service homes with bed bugs, roaches, mice, animal feces, human feces, or biohazards. If home conditions were not reported accurately during booking, cleaning could be a higher cost. All quotes are a flat rate estimate.
