We dust, wipe, and tidy key living areas, giving extra care to kitchens and bathrooms—the busiest spaces in your home. From counters and sinks to tabletops and floors, our team ensures a noticeable difference without the intensity of a full deep clean. With our First-Time Tidy Clean, you’ll enjoy: A fresh, organized home that feels instantly lighter Clean surfaces, sanitized kitchens & bathrooms A perfect foundation for ongoing cleaning services Whether you’re welcoming us into your home for the first time or just need a quick reset, our First-Time Tidy Clean gives you a spotless starting point.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled cleaning price. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance have no late-cancellation fee. Contact us directly for last-minute changes. LOCKOUTS & HOMES UNPREPARED FOR SERVICE: A fee equal to 100% of the scheduled cleaning price applies when our team arrives but cannot perform the scheduled cleaning because access is unavailable, the team is turned away, essential running water or electricity is unavailable, or undisclosed unsafe/obstructed conditions prevent the agreed service. Our technicians have reserved time and traveled to your home. Please make arrangements for entry, working utilities and a reasonably accessible, safe workspace. First-time appointments require a 50% deposit toward the cleaning price. Any deposit already collected is credited toward applicable charges. Payment for completed services is due on the service date; late fees apply under the agreed invoice terms. Please disclose unusually heavy conditions in advance because a revised quote may be needed. For safety, we cannot service active pest infestations, feces or biohazards. Please secure pets and let us know about hazards before the visit.
